New Balance continues to grow its ongoing Contemporary Luxe series that is part of its Made in UK collection. The two shoes that join the capsule include the 576 and the 991 sneakers. Both of these are made in the brand’s Cumbria-based factory and the 576 starts off the range with a classic look.
The exterior is made from premium leather materials blended with synthetic details. It rests on top of a classic ENCAP midsole for the soft cushioned base with motion control CR for more control. Custom branding is seen on the tongue, heel counter, and lateral side of the shoe. The 991 follows with a modern look with leather and synthetic making up the upper as well.
